Very professional I have called Texas Pro Electric a few times now for projects etc and each time they have come out same day or within 2 days and completing the job quick! Much easier to work with than those you hear on the TV.
I have been doing business with this company for about 7 years now and I have never been disappointed with their work, they are always polite and very knowledgeable in what they do, I will always call on them with any and all electrical work needed. I have even called them after hours with an electrical emergency. I will always recommend them to family, friends and anyone I know that needs electrical work. They are simply the best in my opinion.
My outdoor outlet suddenly started making a loud buzzing noise, which really freaked me out, so I shut off the mains power right away. I tried calling three different electricians, but no one picked up (weekend problems). Then I reached out to Texas Pro Electric. They didn't answer immediately, but Jose called me back within minutes. He had just finished another job and still managed to squeeze me in last minute. He arrived within 30 minutes, figured out that water had gotten into the outlet from the rain, and replaced it on the spot. Super cool guy, very professional, courteous, and did a great job. I'll definitely be calling him whenever I have any electrical problems or opportunities! Thanks so much Jose!
